Covington has a long history of providing much needed health care to patients throughout the South. In fact over a hundred years ago, many people would frequently visit Covington just for the opportunity to soak in its freshwater springs. While the care we provide at Rapid Urgent Care is a bit more state of the art than a hundred years ago, we still hope to provide the same loving and caring hospitality that Covington has always been known for. Our Covington location is a full service urgent care. This location includes X-Ray and Lab services on site. Rapid Urgent Care in Covington is open every single day of the year including holidays. This office is open early to meet the specific needs of this community. This location is open at 6:30 am each weekday, and from 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday and Sunday.

The most common things we treat at this location are flu and flu-like illnesses. These include colds, sore throats, bronchitis, asthma, strep throat. We also treat sprains, minor trauma, and fractures. Our on site X-Ray facility can help to determine if you have a broken bone or perhaps just a sprained muscle. Our lab can provide many tests with immediate results. We can also treat a wide range of STD with medication given at our facility.

Physical Exams are also common at Rapid Urgent Care and range from a simple school sport's physical or a more complicated DOT physical for your work place.

Our climate in south Louisiana produces some beautiful flowers and trees, but it can also be a strain on many patients' sinuses. Rapid Urgent Care in Covington can help. Our office often treats rashes, hay fever, and sinusitis.
